How to use ProCare Rx's Mail Order program

rxless has partnered with ProCare Rx to provide patients an easy, convenient and cost effective mail order option for non-controlled substance medications. ProCare Rx currently has two pharmacy facilities they operate with: ProCare Pharmacy Care and HST Pharmacy.

To get started with ProCare Rx, you just need to follow these few simple steps:

Account Set Up

Visit ProCare Rx and register your free account. This link is also available from the medication search page on rxless. Once on the ProCare Portal page click ‘Sign Up’.

On the next page you will be required to provide some basic information to get your registration started.

It will ask you for an Rx# to check if they have this on file, if they do not you will be required to provide more information including your date of birth, email and phone number.

Once you click ‘Sign up’ you will be emailed your login credential; a username and temporary password. The from email will be: webmaster@procarerx.com Please check your junk and spam folders. You will need to click the link in the email to set your permanent password.

Rx Transfer Request

Once you login, a popup will appear asking if you would like to transfer an existing prescription from another pharmacy to ProCare Pharmacy Care or have them obtain the prescription from your physician. Click ‘Proceed to Form’, a separate page from the portal will open. Enter all pertinent information regarding each prescription to transfer (Name, Contact Info, Pharmacy Name, and Prescription Info) and check the box, authorizing Procare Pharmacy Care to execute the transfer.

If the pharmacy or physician cannot electronically submit the prescription, please have them fax it to: 800-662-0590

Note- You the patient CANNOT submit the prescription to ProCare Rx for processing.

Self Enrollment

Once this is complete, you will be directed to complete your profile. This allows you to bypass the process of waiting to speak with a representative to enter all required information to get you enrolled and get your prescription orders fulfilled. There are four sections that need to be completed:

1. Profile Information.

Here you will enter your basic information; primary address; contact information including how you would like to manage your refill; and a patient advocate who is a designated contact that is authorized to speak on behalf of the Patient (not a required field).

2. Insurance and Payment Information.

Providing our discount plan codes within the Patient Portal profile will allow their Certified Pharmacy Technicians the ability to process your prescription quickly.

Answer ‘No’ for ‘Is this plan a Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare or other federal or state insurance plan?’ And click ‘Make this my default plan’. Use the following information to process the claim:

  • Member ID: See offer
  • Rx BIN: 610711
  • Rx PCN: SUN
  • Rx Group: See offer
  • Relationship to Insured: Cardholder 01

3. Payment Information

In order to pay the discounted price quoted on rxless, you can provide your credit card information and opt-in to allow ProCare Pharmacy to process your payment automatically (up to $50). If your discounted price exceeds $50, a ProCare Pharmacy representative will contact you prior to processing any payment. You can add multiple credit cards to your profile, including FSA cards, and set one as the primary for payment.

NOTE: For privacy and security purposes, Credit Card numbers are not stored within any ProCare Pharmacy database. ProCare Rx uses a credit card gateway service to securely transmit card authorization and payment transactions.

4. Shipping Information

In situations where you need your medication shipped to an address that is different from your primary address, you can enter that information into the Shipping Information tab. This information is mandatory. If your shipping address is the same as your primary, you can check ‘Same as Primary Address’ to auto-populate the field data from your primary address on your profile.

Note:All medications are delivered via USPS. You must provide an email to receive tracking information, alternatively you can login to your account to retrieve the tracking information.

You have now completed your ProCare Rx registration. Visit the Home section of the portal to see a dashboard of information containing available prescriptions for fill along with order status and links to your profile details.
